- Resource & Staff Utilisation
- Own and manage staff utilisation planning to maximise productivity and profitability.
- Balance demand, capacity, and skills across current and future projects.
- Use data and insights to forecast resource needs and support business growth.
- Operational & Strategic Management
- Translate business strategy into operational plans and execution.
- Continuously improve operational processes, systems, and controls.
- Support senior leadership with operational reporting, insights, and recommendations.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.

- Proven experience in an operations management or senior delivery role with an SAP background.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise staff utilisation.
- Solid understanding of data, reporting tools, and operational metrics.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments.
