We are currently recruiting for dependable and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our client's transport operation based in Appleton. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for drivers looking for consistent work with excellent pay and steady routes.
The role is mostly store deliveries.

Rates of Pay
Days Monday to Friday - £17.06ph PAYE / £22.00ph UMB
Nights Monday to Friday - £18.95ph PAYE / £23.00ph UMB
Saturday £22.00ph PAYE / £25.00ph UMB
Sunday £23.00ph PAYE / £26.00PH UMB
Key Responsibilitie
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects as necessary.
- Complete all delivery documentation accurately and return it promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding routes and delivery schedules.
- Comply with all driving regulations, tachograph rules, and Working Time Directive.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Minimum of 6 months' Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with overnight tramping.
