About The Role
Bluestones Supply Chain is currently recruiting for a reliable and skilled Truck Driver & Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team in Cambuslang. This is a dual-role position combining driving duties with warehouse responsibilities, ideal for someone looking for variety, consistency, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery:
- Safely transport goods to various delivery locations
- Load and secure goods correctly, in delivery order
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues
- Comply with driving laws and company safety policies
- Maintain professional communication with clients during deliveries
- Return to the Service Centre after runs to support further tasks
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Operate forklifts (Reach & Counterbalance training provided)
- Move and arrange stock efficiently within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Support warehouse productivity and contribute to business performance
- Valid driving licence (C+E or equivalent)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Excellent route planning and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to assist in warehouse operations and complete forklift training
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Permanent, full-time role with consistent hours
