A well-established and highly regarded Law Firm in Altrincham is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance & Administration Executive to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the firm, offering stability, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of a long-standing legal practice.

Please note: This position is only suitable for candidates with previous experience working within a law firm. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with SRA, AML, GDPR, and other regulatory obligations
  • Conducting conflict checks, client due diligence, and file audits
  • Maintaining and updating internal compliance documentation, policies, and systems
  • Supporting file opening/closing and general administrative procedures
  • Liaising with fee earners and management on compliance issues and queries
  • Monitoring regulatory updates and assisting with implementing necessary changes
