Bluestones Supply Chain are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a successful and growing business within the building materials sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with previous builders merchant experience who enjoys building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Every second Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with trade and retail customers
- Providing product advice and identifying customer requirements
- Generating quotations and processing orders
- Managing customer accounts and following up on enquiries
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Supporting branch sales growth and achieving targets
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience within a builders merchant environment is essential
- Strong B2B sales and account management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Proactive, driven and customer-focused attitude
