We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established builder's merchant for an experienced Yard Worker / Forklift Operator to join their busy branch in Kilmarnock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving trade and retail customers
- Operating a forklift and handling building materials
- Picking orders and loading/unloading vehicles
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised yard
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a builders merchant or similar environment
- Good knowledge of building materials
- Valid forklift licence
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of health & safety procedures
