We are currently recruiting reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our busy team based in Bellshill. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking regular work operating predominantly trunk routes, with shifts available 7 days a week covering both day and night shifts.
Location: Bellshill
Shift Pattern: 7 days a week - Days and Night shifts available
Type of Work: Predominantly trunk driving routes
Pay Rates:
- Day Rate: £18 per hour (£34 paid on 6th consecutive shift)
- Night Rate: £22 per hour (£36 paid on 6th consecutive shift)
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- New licence passes accepted
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience with trunk driving preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Class 1 vehicles predominantly on trunk routes
- Completing delivery and collection paperwork accurately
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
