Role Overview
Bluestones Supply Chain are currently recruiting for experiencedClass 1 ADR Driversfor a well-established client based inWishaw. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers withADR certificationlooking forongoing weekday work, with bothday and night shifts availableto suit your schedule.
You will be responsible for the safe transport of hazardous goods, adhering to all ADR and transport regulations while providing a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle for the delivery and collection of ADR goods.
- Carry out pre-trip vehicle checks and ensure all ADR documentation is completed accurately.
- Ensure the safe loading, securing, and unloading of hazardous materials.
- Adhere to current ADR, driving legislation, and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence.
- Valid ADR licence (minimum Class 3 Flammable Liquids).
- Valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- No more than 6 points on licence (no DD, DR, or IN codes).
- A strong understanding of ADR safety procedures and compliance.
