Typical Duties
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing, scanning and general document management
- Preparing reports, correspondence and other administrative documents
- Processing orders, invoices and purchase orders where required
- Updating internal databases and CRM systems
- Providing administrative support to managers and wider teams
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration or office experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional and friendly approach
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
