BSNI is hiring on behalf of our top leading client that is in a site with in Ballymena.

A Maintenance engineer is required due to continued growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment through planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities.

Overtime is available at 1.5 or double time on a Sunday

Hourly rate is varied upon experience and grade.

Main Duties

  • To carry out planned preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, installation, improvements and modification or upgrade to plant and services in order to minimize downtime and maintain the equipment in the best possible condition.
  • To strive towards continuous improvement of all machinery and equipment to effectively reduce engineering downtime, thereby maintaining plant availability, efficiency, productivity and product quality at all times. xgikmsk
