Location: Belfast
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 6am - finish. Please note this job will start in the 2nd week of July for a period of 4 - 6 weeks. Looking for 3 van drivers.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to multiple locations within designated areas, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Previous delivery driver experience and a valid driver licence are highly desirable. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth in logistics and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete multiple daily deliveries across assigned routes.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly during transit.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimise time and fuel consumption.
- Confirm delivery details with recipients and obtain necessary signatures or documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or delays.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times during deliveries.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably within commercial or warehouse environments.
- Valid driver licence with no more than 3 points.
- Strong driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading goods.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Good communication skills for liaising with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including prolonged periods of driving and manual handling tasks.
