BSNI is hiring a Customs & Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our leading client in Lisburn due to maternity cover. This role will be on a fixed contract.
This role will require a professional individual who is highly organised, customer focused, with great attention to detail.
Strong administration skills and ideally some experience or knowledge of the Customs, transport, logistics industry.
Full Time - Monday
Friday, Shift pattern, 07.30 to 4.30 Week1 / 09.00 to 18.00 Week2 (1 hour break) Overtime available. Salary £26,500 - £30,000 DOE.
Job Description
Data entry across multiple systems for customs clearances.
Reporting discrepancies and maintenance of records.
Answering customer queries via telephone & email.
Other administration duties to support the running of the Customs Department on a daily basis.
Essential Criteria
Previous experience working in an administration role & dealing with customers.
Strong administration & organisational skills.
Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people.
A positive can-do attitude and flexible approach.
Dedication to completing a high standard of work.
Strong IT systems experience including a sound knowledge in Microsoft applications.
