BSNI have fantastic opportunities for our Manufacturing client based in Ballymena for Production Operatives!
Hours: 6am - 3pm OR 7am - 4pm. Flexibility is required to complete overtime on Saturdays.
Rate of pay: £13 phr - £13.50 phr.
Job duties:
- To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach.
- To operate as part of the team to achieve adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc.
- To participate in any training as agreed per the plan.
- To communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress.
- Operate machinery products to manufacture to high standards.
- Comply with all health and safety procedures.
- To participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience machine operating.
- Strong understanding of health and safety.
- Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting.
