Job Overview:

Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated Accident & Emergency (A&E) Nurses to work within Wrexham Maelor Hospital and surrounding emergency care settings. Flexible agency shifts are available including days, nights, weekends, and long days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care within the A&E department.
  • Assess, prioritise, and triage patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Administer medications and emergency treatments in line with clinical guidelines and NMC standards.
  • Monitor and manage deteriorating patients, escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and resuscitation when required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Provide compassionate and patient-centred care in high-pressure situations.
  • Support patients and relatives with clear communication and reassurance.

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.

Desirable:
