Bluestones Medical is looking for passionate and dedicated Paediatric Nurses (RNC) to join our growing team. You’ll be working with children and young people across a range of settings, providing high-quality, compassionate care and supporting families during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, effective, and holistic care to children and young people.
- Administering medications and managing IV therapies in line with NMC standards.
- Supporting doctors and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate care.
- Monitoring and recording patients’ conditions and communicating effectively with families.
- Ensuring all safeguarding and child protection protocols are followed.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical governance standards.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration (RNC/RN – Child).
- Minimum 6 months recent experience in a paediatric setting.
- Up-to-date clinical training and immunisations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
