Bluestones Medical is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our agency team supporting services across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. With shifts available across multiple hospital sites, this role offers excellent flexibility and variety for nurses looking to broaden their experience while delivering high-quality patient care.
As an RGN, you will play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate, and effective care to patients across a range of wards and clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high standards of nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Support patients with their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and hospital policies
- Promote patient dignity, privacy, and wellbeing at all times
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (Adult)
- Minimum 6 months recent UK nursing experience
