Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of clinical settings.
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Monitoring patients' conditions and responding appropriately to changes in their health.
- Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Supporting patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Ensuring infection prevention and control procedures are followed.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Recent experience working within an acute hospital setting.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
