We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support a longstanding primary care client across two sites in South Westminster, delivering clinical care through both the Enhanced Access Service and Additional Access Service.
The successful clinician will provide autonomous assessment and management of patients presenting with a range of acute and chronic presentations, working collaboratively with the wider primary care multidisciplinary team.
Clinical requirements:
- Completed Advanced Nurse Practitioner Master's qualification / Digital Badge
- Previous General Practice experience
- Demonstrable experience undertaking autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis and management
- Ability to manage a broad range of acute and chronic presentations within primary care
- Strong clinical decision-making and appropriate escalation/referral skills
- Ability to work effectively as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary environment
