About the Role

Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across a variety of adult medical and surgical wards at
Bangor Hospital . We have a wide range of flexible agency shifts available, allowing you to choose when you work while earning competitive rates of pay.
As a General Nurse, you will provide high-quality, compassionate and patient-centred care to adults with a range of acute and long-term health conditions.
Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to adult patients.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and hospital policies.
- Monitor patients' conditions and escalates concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Promote patient dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safeguarding and clinical governance policies.
Essential Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Minimum of 6 months' recent UK adult nursing experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide satisfactory employment references.
- Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete).
