Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated Accident & Emergency (A&E) Nurses to work within Wrexham Maelor Hospital and surrounding emergency care settings. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and are passionate about delivering urgent and emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions and injuries. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary emergency department team, delivering high standards of patient care while responding quickly and effectively to changing clinical situations. Flexible agency shifts are available including days, nights, weekends, and long days.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care within the A&E department.
- Assess, prioritise, and triage patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Administer medications and emergency treatments in line with clinical guidelines and NMC standards.
- Monitor and manage deteriorating patients, escalating concerns appropriately.
- Assist with emergency procedures and resuscitation when required.
