We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support a range of Primary Care and urgent care services across multiple locations. This role is ideal for autonomous clinicians who are confident managing undifferentiated presentations within fast-paced clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Autonomous patient assessment and diagnosis
  • Management of minor illness presentations
  • Clinical decision making and treatment planning
  • Prescribing within scope of practice
  • Face-to-face and remote consultations
  • Referral and escalation of complex presentations
  • Maintaining accurate patient records using EMIS and or Adastra
  • Supporting safe and effective patient flow

Requirements

  • Full unrestricted NMC or HCPC Registration
  • BSc Qualification in Nursing or relevant qualification
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification (V300)
  • Level 7 Clinical Assessment & Diagnostics
  • Previous Primary Care or General Practice experience
  • Ability to work independently within busy services
  • Ability to conduct both face-to-face and remote consultations
  • EMIS and or Adastra experience desirable

Desirable Experience

  • MSc Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Out of Hours or Urgent Care experience
  • Streaming or Same Day Access experience
  • Telephone triage experience
