Bluestones 360 are currently recruiting a Transport Administrator on behalf of our client based in Foston, Derbyshire. This is a front desk role within a busy transport office, where you will be responsible for ensuring drivers receive the correct paperwork at the start of their shifts and that all documentation is returned and processed at the end of the day. This is a fast-paced and engaging position working with an established team in a successful and growing company. The role is initially temporary; however, there are strong opportunities for progression for the right candidate as the business continues to expand.

Key requirements:

  • Good computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A confident and friendly manner, as you will be the first point of contact for drivers starting and finishing shifts
  • Previous transport experience is desirable but not essential
  • Candidates with reception, customer service, or call centre experience are encouraged to apply
  • Own transport is required due to the location

Pay rate: £13.22 per hour (circa £27,500 per annum)

Start date: Immediate
