We are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Representative to bridge the gap between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you will be central to the development of our sales pipeline through the qualification of prospective customers. Utilizing your proficiency in local languages, you'll establish robust relationships with future customers, contributing to enhanced sales and fostering our long-term business expansion.

Our Business Development Representatives' daily challenges:

  • Prospecting and Outreaching - conduct inbound and outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Research and target key decision-makers within prospective client accounts.
  • Lead Qualification - qualify leads in line with our ICP, by asking appropriate qualification questions.
  • Work in lockstep with the Head of Business Development, sales, and marketing teams to test, learn, and optimize this process.
  • Pipeline Development - build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Track and report on prospecting activities, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
  • Communication and Relationship Building - clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaboration - collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and messaging; across both inbound and outbound.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, challenges, and the efficacy of messaging and marketing initiatives.

Factors that make you a great fit:

  • Native English for effective business communication.
  • Fluent Dutch will be considered as a big advantage.
  • Sales knowledge and/or experience.
  • Determination and drive to achieve monthly targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to write compelling sales emails.
  • Ability to pitch, handle objections, and qualify prospective customers.

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques.
  • Track record of successfully engaging with prospects.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot and Outreach).
