- Oversee daily kitchen operations across our busy resort
- Deliver exceptional, high-quality dishes with consistency
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service
- Proven experience as a Head Chef
- Passion for food, people, and hospitality excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods
- Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis - Various contracted hours available
