In this dynamic role, you'll:
- Support daily kitchen operations
- Deliver exceptional dishes and guest experiences
- Lead with professionalism and uphold the highest food safety standards
- Champion Bluestone's values of Genuine Care, True Ownership, and Growing as a Team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience at Sous Chef level
- Love for great food, teamwork, and hospitality
- Own transport to/from work
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and festive periods
- Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis. Various contracted hours available.
