Bluestone Resorts recently rated Wales\' top holiday resort by Which? is hiring! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in key roles that help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As an Arrivals Officer, you\'ll provide a warm and magical welcome, ensuring the very best first impression of our resort and our people. In the role of Housekeeping Lodge Preparation Assistant, you\'ll support our Housekeeping Assistants and Area Supervisor by preparing lodges to a high standard, adhering to all policies and procedures, and ensuring they are ready to be cleaned.

This position is offered on a 16-hour contract, working Mondays and Fridays with varied shift patterns, including potential evening hours and changes over the Christmas period.

Responsibilities

  • Arrivals Officer: provide a warm and magical welcome and ensure a positive first impression of the resort and team.
  • Housekeeping Lodge Preparation Assistant: assist Housekeeping Assistants and Area Supervisor; prepare lodges to a high standard and ensure rooms are ready to be cleaned, following policies and procedures.
