BlueSteps Connect is seeking an experienced Head of Employment Tax to lead its in-house tax function in the United Kingdom. You will own the employment tax strategy across a complex global business, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape policy, manage risk, and support a growing international workforce.
You will oversee:
- Employment status assessments
- International mobility
- Payroll tax compliance
- Employee benefits taxation
- PSA
- P11D reporting
while guiding decisions and translating.
