BlueSteps Connect seeks a Group Head of Tax to develop and drive a forward-looking global tax strategy across multiple markets. You will oversee corporate, indirect and cross-border taxation, set a proactive risk framework, and lead compliance, reporting, and accounting across the group.

The role requires complex stakeholder engagement at executive level and leadership of a high-performing tax function, with fluency in English and additional language skills considered a plus.
