BlueSteps Connect is seeking a Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO), a senior leader reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The CFOO will shape the organization’s financial management strategy and contribute to achieving its strategic goals.
The CFOO will lead finance, accounting, human resources, information technology and office operations, provide governance support for Board meetings, advise on budgeting and cash flow, and act as a key liaison to vendors and investment advisors.
