The Group Chief People Officer will be responsible for leading the development of an ambitious people agenda and advancing a culture that supports staff at all levels. The role requires experienced, strategic people leadership with a strong track record of improving culture and delivering results. The ideal candidate will be able to operate at Board level, communicate and influence effectively, and build trusted relationships while leading with visibility, authenticity, and purpose.
