BlueSteps Connect seeks a Head of Matchweek & Broadcast Operations to lead the matchweek and broadcast operations for the Media Rights team. The role ensures end-to-end delivery of broadcast services across UEFA men’s club competitions, coordinating with governing bodies, media partners, suppliers, and technical partners.
You will manage a team to define broadcast standards and live coverage, run workshops, plan logistics, and handle post-match follow-ups, driving performance across revenue.
