BlueSteps Connect seeks a Director of Financial Reporting to lead the Group Finance function in a senior global role. You will ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders and interact with executive leadership to shape reporting processes.
You will drive IFRS and US reporting alignment, oversee SOX controls, manage audits with external auditors, and lead continuous improvement of governance, including complex transactions such as M&A and restructurings.
