What Youll Be Doing
Supporting with personal care and hygiene.
Helping with shopping, cooking, and promoting healthy living.
Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe home.
Supporting with medication administration or prompting.
Providing companionship and reducing isolation through social outings, appointments, and errands.
Supporting emotional wellbeing and relationships.
Promoting independence, recovery, and self-confidence.
Maintaining accurate care records.
Following individual care plans and risk assessments.
