At Bluestar Care and Support, we\’re looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Care Support Workers. You\’ll provide one-to-one, person-centred care to individuals with lifelong disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across our West Sussex communities.
Our goal is to empower people to live fulfilling, independent, and safe lives in their own homes and with their families while accessing the support they need to thrive.
