AtBluestar Care and Support, were looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team asHome Care Support Workers. Youll provideone-to-one, person-centred careto individuals with lifelong disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across our West Sussex communities.
Our goal is to empower people to livefulfilling, independent, and safe livesin their own homes and with their familieswhile accessing the support they need to thrive.
What Youll Be Doing

Supporting withpersonal care and hygiene.

Helping withshopping, cooking, and promoting healthy living.

Assisting withdomestic tasksto maintain a clean and safe home.

Supporting withmedication administration or prompting.

Providingcompanionshipand reducing isolation through social outings, appointments, and errands.
