What You’ll Do

As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent IT support and enhancing the overall client experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing remote (and occasional on-site) technical support to end users and clients
  • Taking ownership of escalated tickets and seeing them through to resolution
  • Troubleshooting a range of technical issues across networks, software, and hardware
  • Supporting 1st line colleagues through complex incidents
  • Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to our knowledge base

About You

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and general networking fundamentals
  • Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar IT support role
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with WatchGuard, Sophos, Datto, Intune, or SharePoint
  • Relevant certifications (MCP, CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals/Associates)
  • Familiarity with Azure, Entra, device enrolment, and modern desktop deployments
