Requirements
- Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365, along with migrations.
- Relevant, up-to-date IT-related qualifications.
- Experience of configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS365 Administration, backup software, firewall configuration, anti-virus, and remote connection software.
- Knowledge of firewall, AV or backup products/technologies.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required).
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Witney OX29.
Responsibilities
- Provide both reactive and proactive support to a variety of clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by routinely visiting clients on-site to resolve issues, discuss IT strategy, and make recommendations.
- Lead on the workload for allocated customers.
- Take ownership of personal diary to ensure work is delivered based on customers requirements.
- Collaborate with the Consultancy Manager to ensure all work is delivered effectively.
- Support the team with reactive visits and assist the helpdesk team when needed.
- Develop expert knowledge of the full product suite and contracted support offerings.
- Identify contract or project leads and share them with the Consultancy Manager and Sales Director.
- Deliver technical projects for clients, including infrastructure installations, migrations, and cyber security reviews.
