We’re looking for aSales & Business Development Representativeto help us expand our reach and grow our global footprint. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with Marketing and Sales to create new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive meaningful conversations that lead to sales success.

If you’remotivated, proactive, and eager to growin a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you! While experience in finance or the financial industry is a plus, it’snot a requirement—we value drive and ambition above all else.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunitiesthrough outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leadsfrom marketing campaigns, turning interest into real opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makersto understand their needs and introduce them to our solutions.
  • Conduct initial discovery callsand schedule follow-ups with the Sales team.
  • Research target accountsto tailor outreach and create meaningful connections.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketingto refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed activity and pipeline targetsto contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and business development– previous experience in Sales or a BDR/SDR role – an advantage
  • Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven– you bring enthusiasm to every conversation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for AI and its adoption– excited by how AI is transforming industries.
  • Additional languages such asFrench, German, Spanish, or Swedish- a plus.
  • Financial crime/payments knowledge – a plus
  • A degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business-related fields – a plus
  • Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation best practices- a plus.
  • Experience with sales toolssuch as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Lusha – a plus.
