Viber is looking for an Advertising Specialist. This role focuses on overseeing ad inventory, working with Clients and partners (SSPs, DSPs, Networks), ensuring optimal revenue generation, and troubleshooting and delivery issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ad tech, programmatic buying, header bidding, and analytics tools. This role will support the Advertising Team in their commercial and technical effort. This role has cross-team functionality and requires working with the product team on a variety of tasks. Publisher experience is Must. Responsibilities Campaigns setup and monitoring. Operational leg of programmatic curation, PD and PG campaigns. Viber Exchange floor. Supporting the configuration of programmatic A/B testing, experiments. Follow the ad delivery process, ensuring correct implementation and functioning across different channels. Troubleshoot ad serving issues, system discrepancies, and latency concerns. Work closely with the Sales and AM team to debug errors related to ad creatives, tag implementations, and third-party programmatic partner integrations. Assist with new partner technical optimisation post onboarding. Manage and maintain a healthy ads.txt ID list. Active part of driving revenue growth in line with the company and programmatic targets. Report on bidding trends and guide sales on deal opportunities. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations . Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand safety and compliance with ad policies. Technical support of the partners\’ QBR preparation . Supporting smaller technical projects and action plans based on partner feedback. Assisting with Google support tickets in case of technical issues. Requirements 2+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or SSP management . Publisher experience is a MUST. Strong operational knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, OpenRTB, and header bidding . Hands-on experience working with SSPs such as Magnite, Xandr, PubMatic, OpenX, and Index Exchange . Familiarity with ad serving, programmatic auctions, and yield optimization . Experience with mobile app monetization and SDK-based ad integrations. Experience working with both product and commercial teams. Passionate about ad operation and have a commercial mindset. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Data Visualization tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
