Blue Sky is looking for a hands on Warehouse Manager who loves leading from the front, so if you have the drive to improve processes, motivate people and make a real impact, this could be the role for you.
We' re looking for an experienced and ambitious Warehouse & Facilities Manager to take the lead in a busy and fast-paced operation.
This is a genuine boots-on-the-ground role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the operation, drive positive change and build a happy, motivated and high-performing team.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll oversee Warehouse, Production/Rework, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance and Facilities, ensuring the operation consistently delivers high standards of service, efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse and Facilities Manager
- Leading, motivating and developing a positive and high-performing operational team
- Taking ownership of day-to-day warehouse, production and dispatch activities
- Driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality and customer service
- Maintaining excellent inventory accuracy and stock control
- Managing stock takes, cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, housekeeping and operational safety
- Managing warehouse facilities, equipment and operational readiness
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing positive change
- Coaching and supporting your team to achieve their full potential
- Leading from the front and getting involved in the day-to-day operation when needed
What we're looking for
You'll be a confident and capable leader with previous experience managing a warehouse or operational environment.
You'll enjoy being visible within the operation, working alongside your team and taking pride in making things run better.

- Previous Warehouse or Operations Management experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills

- Experience in inventory control and stock management

- A valid and current forklift licence - essential
