Our growing business is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting our staff and contributing to a positive work environment.

This is a full-time role, the successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Duties and Responsibilities

As such, we’re looking for someone who can:

  • Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

  • Manage and oversee the office staff.

  • Liaise with our 3rd party H&S and HR companies ensuring we are compliant at all times.

  • Providing administrative support to employees and resolving day-to-day issues.

  • Deal with the handling of correspondence and any enquiries coming in.

  • Ensure a high level of Customer Service and professionalism at all times.

  • Assign tasks to staff based on targets that are set to be met.

  • Liaise with our Client Manager formulating a partnership and strategic plan for the handling of day to day operations.

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Good communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages (Excel, Word), CRM proficiency is beneficial

  • Previous experience in Office management

  • Leadership skills.
