Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's operating model and marketing strategy, and leverage this knowledge to formulate comprehensive quarterly and annual sales plans.
  • Spearhead the establishment of an overseas sales platform, identifying and cultivating relationships with distributors and partners to expand market reach.
  • Proactively engage with overseas customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the preparation for and participation in international exhibitions and congresses to showcase our products and services, and network with potential clients and industry professionals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, or a related field. A background in a medical-related profession is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of proven success in international sales of surgical instruments. Experience in selling ultrasonic knives or surgical staplers is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as it will be used as the primary working language for international communications and negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips, as required to support sales initiatives and attend industry events.
