The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and versatile Business Analyst to join a growing IT Projects team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in delivering business-critical change, working across multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You'll be at the heart of transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements, collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, challenging where needed to ensure clarity and completeness
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, facilitating workshops and training sessions
- Produce high-quality BA artefacts including process maps, user stories, use cases and test scenarios
- Act as the bridge between the business and third-party vendors to ensure aligned delivery
- Support the full project lifecycle from initial scoping through to go-live and hypercare
- Contribute to change management and help drive successful adoption of new solutions
Key Responsibilities
- "As-is" and "to-be" process mapping
- Creating swimlane diagrams and wireframes
- Developing functional and non-functional requirements
- Supporting testing and validation of solutions
- Managing business readiness activities
- Collaborating with project managers and technical teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 2 years)
- Strong experience working in Agile environments
- Confident producing documentation such as user stories, UML diagrams and use cases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and across full project lifecycles
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of data and its impact on business processes
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing organisation
- Exposure to complex system implementations or transformation projects
