We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and motivate a software development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a hybrid role, requiring approx. one day a week in the Burton on Trent office, with occasional overseas travel (Approx. 2-3 times per year, depending on the project).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery, managing risks, issues, and scope changes.
- Lead daily project activities, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
- Plan and monitor projects using Azure DevOps & Modern Requirements.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and industry standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within a software development environment.
- Experience in a regulated environment and working with quality standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
