Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for delivering complex technology change programmes? We're looking for an IT Integrations Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful integration of technology environments following acquisitions, business transformations, and organisational change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business where you'll take ownership of IT integration activities across multiple regions, helping to align acquired businesses with global technology standards, security frameworks, and operational processes. The role is ideally based in the Midlands and will involve regular travel, both within the UK and internationally. You should expect to travel approximately one-third of the time, including visits across Europe, the Americas, and Africa.

The Opportunity

As IT Integrations Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology integration programmes from initial technical assessment through to migration, cutover, and post‑implementation support. Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, workplace technology, and regional IT teams, you'll ensure integrations are delivered smoothly, securely, and with minimal impact to business operations. You'll also lead a skilled team and act as the key point of coordination between technical and business stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology integration workstreams for acquisitions, mergers, divestments, and major business change initiatives.
  • Develop and manage end‑to‑end integration plans covering infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, identity services, security technologies, and end‑user computing.
  • Ensure integration activities align with enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.

Technical Assessment & Alignment

  • Conduct technical due diligence and discovery activities across acquired environments.
  • Evaluate infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, security tooling, SaaS applications, endpoints, and operational processes.
  • Identify areas requiring consolidation, remediation, or standardisation and create actionable integration plans.
  • Ensure all environments meet organisational standards for security, compliance, and operational readiness.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact between regional IT teams, central technology functions, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across infrastructure, cloud, network, workplace technology, and security teams.
  • Lead and support a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.

Project & Change Management

  • Manage integration schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, risk registers, migration plans, and governance reporting.
  • Drive user readiness and change management activities to support successful adoption and minimise disruption.

Service Transition & Operational Readiness

  • Oversee the migration and alignment of acquired environments to corporate platforms and services.
  • Coordinate infrastructure and network consolidation activities where required.
  • Ensure successful transition into operational support, including post‑migration stabilisation and service acceptance.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and specialist delivery partners.
  • Ensure external providers deliver against agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and security requirements.
  • Oversee escalations, commercial commitments, and service outcomes.

About You

We're looking for a technology leader who combines strong technical understanding with excellent programme delivery and stakeholder management skills. You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience leading IT integration activities within mergers, acquisitions, divestments, or large‑scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience of AVD, O365, identity and access management, endpoint management, and ITSM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, identity and access management, end‑user computing, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects across multiple stakeholders and geographical regions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at both technical and executive levels.
  • Experience working within structured project and governance frameworks.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence across global teams.

What's on Offer?

  • Permanent position with a global organisation.
  • Salary up to £65,000.
  • Opportunity to lead high‑profile international integration programmes.
  • Exposure to a wide range of technologies and business transformation initiatives.
  • Hybrid working environment.
  • International travel and the opportunity to work with teams across multiple regions.
