Are you an experienced ERP Systems Administrator or ERP Application Support professional looking for your next challenge? We're looking for someone to take ownership of a business-critical ERP system within a well-established manufacturing business. Whilst the organisation currently uses Infor M3 CloudSuite, previous M3 experience isn't essential – full training will be provided. If you've supported another ERP platform and enjoy solving problems, improving systems and working closely with users, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to become the internal ERP specialist, working alongside the IT Manager and external partners to support, develop and continuously improve the company's core business systems.

The Role
As the ERP Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day support, administration and continuous improvement of the company's ERP platform, ensuring users receive excellent support while helping the business maximise the value of its systems. You’ll be involved in:
- Providing first-line ERP administration, troubleshooting and user support
- Managing user accounts, permissions and system configuration
- Working with external ERP partners to resolve more complex issues
- Supporting ERP integrations with other business systems and EDI processes
- Producing and maintaining system documentation and user guides
- Delivering user training and promoting best practice across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency
- Supporting testing, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll also support the wider IT function by assisting with:
- General IT support across hardware, software and Microsoft 365
- Servers, networks and cloud services
- Cyber security and IT best practice
- Infrastructure improvements and IT projects
- Third-party supplier management
- Day-to-day support for users across the business
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys supporting business-critical systems and building strong relationships with users. You’ll have experience supporting an ERP platform and be comfortable working in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same. You'll ideally have:
- At least two years' experience supporting or administering an ERP system
- Experience within manufacturing, food manufacturing or FMCG (preferred)
- A good understanding of ERP processes and business systems
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor, Sage X3, Syspro, QAD, Business Central, Infor LN or similar would all be considered. Any experience with EDI, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, VMware, cyber security or general IT infrastructure would also be advantageous.

- Salary up to £50,000
- Office-based role in Beeston, Nottinghamshire
- Full training on Infor M3 CloudSuite
- Opportunity to become the internal ERP specialist
- Broad, varied role combining ERP systems, applications and IT infrastructure
