The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Data Manager to take ownership of a growing organisation’s data landscape. This is a pivotal role, sitting at the intersection of technology and business, where you’ll shape how data is managed, interpreted, and used to drive commercial and customer-focused outcomes. Working within a modern BI and reporting environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality, delivering meaningful insights, and evolving data capabilities in line with business strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the organisation’s data landscape, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and readily available
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI (or similar tools)
- Lead data migration, ETL, and integration activities across multiple systems
- Oversee database administration, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance
- Apply analytical and data science techniques to generate actionable insights
- Work closely with stakeholders across technical and commercial teams to understand requirements and deliver value-driven data solutions
- Translate business needs into effective data strategies, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term capability building
- Contribute to data architecture discussions, collaborating with technical specialists to support scalable and robust solutions
