We’re looking for a Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen. The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. It’s built on great hospitality. Thoughtful service, proper food, and a space that feels welcoming and consistent throughout. We focus on the details that matter, how food and drinks are delivered, how guests are looked after, and how every visit is considered and worth coming back for. As a Server, you play a key role in shaping that experience. This is a great role for someone who wants to build their confidence on the floor and learn how we curate incredible guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver attentive and knowledgeable table service
  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence
  • Look after your section with care and attention
  • Build rapport with guests and create a great atmosphere
  • Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams
  • Maintain high standards across your section

What to Expect

  • Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.75 to £16.50 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
