Detailed Job Description
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with 10β15 years of experience in the Data Engineering space (PySpark, ADF, Databricks, SQL)
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience creating conceptual diagrams and developing data models
- Expertise in Medallion architecture using Azure Services
- Proficiency with Erwin for data modeling
- Ability to guide the data engineering team after requirement gathering using ADF, Databricks, Python, JSON, and YAML
- Skilled in preparing source-to-target mapping designs/documents
- Good team collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, normalization, data harmonization, and schema design
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical project management abilities
- Experience deploying code artifacts using GitHub Workflows/Actions and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Log Analytics and KQL queries is a plus
- Familiarity with configuration settings using JSON files
