Bluerock Developments is a rapidly growing property investment company based in Bawtry, Doncaster. We specialise in high-yield HMO and social housing opportunities across the UK. With increasing investor demand, we’re expanding our in house sales team to meet the pace of growth.

The Role

We are seeking ambitious, confident individuals to join our office based sales team. This is a phone and Zoom based role with no travel, fieldwork. Occasional face to face meetings with new prospective investors.

You’ll be handling inbound enquiries, presenting investment opportunities to clients, and guiding them through the buying process — all from a modern, energetic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle warm, inbound investor leads
• Present investment opportunities over Zoom and phone
• Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
• Provide insight into market trends and projected returns
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
